Adult Programs

Adult Programs

The adult programs make use of the Ruhi Institute courses, a sequence of study circles designed to help people explore the Bahá’í Faith’s spiritual themes, strengthen their ability to serve their community, and grow together through learning and action. Each book is studied in a small group setting, where participants read, discuss, and practice the ideas together in an atmosphere of friendship and respect. The first five books are:

Book 1 – Reflections on the Life of the Spirit
An exploration of the soul, prayer, and life after death, with practical steps for weaving spirituality into daily life.

Book 2 – Arising to Serve
Focuses on developing the skills and confidence to share spiritual concepts with others through meaningful conversations.

Book 3 – Teaching Children’s Classes, Grade 1
Prepares participants to offer moral and spiritual education to children, helping to nurture young hearts and minds.

Book 4 – The Twin Manifestations
A deep dive into the lives and missions of the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh, the two Founders of the Bahá’í Faith, and their impact on the world.

Book 5 – Releasing the Powers of Junior Youth
Equips participants to work with young teens in a program that builds moral reasoning, purpose, and the capacity to contribute to society.

Whether you’re new to the Bahá’í Faith or have been involved for years, the Ruhi courses are a space for meaningful learning, real friendship, and action that makes a difference.

You’re warmly invited to join us—come explore, share, and grow with us as we learn how to serve our community and strengthen the bonds of unity.
